1.5 lb ground beef or turkey
1 TB Mustard
worcestershire sauce
1 TB Italian Seasoning
1/2 TB garlic powder
1/4 C parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
Jar of Favorite Tomato Sauce
1 lb spaghetti noodles, cooked according to packaged directions

Garlic Bread
1/2 C softened butter
1/2 TB garlic powder

- Mix meat, worcestershire sauce, mustard, seasonings, and salt in a bowl with your hands. Smell the mixture it should smell earthy and delicious. If using turkey you may need to add a touch of breadcrumb.
- Shape meatballs into desired shape, making sure to keep them all evenly sized. A small bowl of water can help with meats that are more sticky like turkey.
- Heat a sauté pan with about 1 TB olive oil. Sear meatballs on all sides.
- Carefully remove any excess grease.
- Pour in tomato sauce, lower heat, and cover. Simmer on low heat until meatballs are all the way cooked.
- Serve with spaghetti noodles and top with basil.
Garlic Bread
- Mix together butter, garlic powder, and salt.
- Cut baguette into 1 inch slices.
- Spread each piece of bread with butter.
- Toast bread in a medium skillet until golden brown.
