For the Wings

2 lbs Wings, Olive Oil, Lemon, 1 TB Dijon Mustard, fresh or dried Rosemary, Trader Joe’s Aleppo Sauce

Marinate the wings in a drizzle of olive oil, mustard, and rosemary for at least 20 minutes or overnight. Place the wings on a foil lined baking sheet leaving plenty of space around each wing. Bake for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Remove and toss with 1/2 the jar of the Aleppo sauce. Place back in the oven or in for another 5-10 minutes until browned and crispy. Alternatively place under broiler for 3-5 minutes.

For the Peppers

Canola Oil, Shishito Peppers, Lemon, Trader Joe’s Everyday Bagel Seasoning

Heat oil until blazing hot. Add in shishito peppers and don’t move for thirty seconds so they begin to blister, toss in pan so blistering is even. Should take about 2-3 minutes. You may have to work in batches so as to not overcrowd the pan. Remove from pan and sprinkle with seasoning and a squirt of lemon juice.
