Chefleen has been cooking professionally nearly 12 years, mainly as a private chef for the rich and famous. She also worked as a chef instructor for America’s Test Kitchen and Sur La Table. Chefleen’s favorite food are tacos paired with perfect margaritas (which only are made in California)

As for favorite food Chef Drake is torn between paella or carbonara, he can’t choose!

Yes, I teach all age levels. Kid’s classes require parent supervision.

Zoom will hold up to 100 people, however the more people there are the less interactive and the more demonstrative it becomes- think live cooking show.

For kid’s under 10 less than 20 is best. For adults 30-40 is still pretty interactive.

Yes, I can set up a group class with my website for $45 per person, you must guarantee a minimum of 10 people with a refundable deposit of $300 once minimum is met.

Depending on menu choice you may have time to play games intermittently throughout the experience.

Honestly, every group is so different and brings their own unique energy to class but kid’s have the best reactions.

No, actually some of the most positive feedback has been from people who do not feel comfortable in the kitchen.
